SRI Homes BC has proudly partnered with FAAS Architecture to contribute to the City of Kelowna's innovative Fast-Track Program. This specialized development approval process is designed to accelerate the approval of infill housing projects, increasing housing supply and reducing barriers to new construction. Only pre-approved designs, such as those developed by SRI Homes and FAAS Architecture, qualify for this streamlined process, allowing for the development of 4 to 6 dwelling units per property.
